@silsha I drive past stacks of these every day- I can 'see' shots like these, but never get them.I think the shadows give that right hand stack a fascinating texture.
If I may be so bold - cropping just that side, and straightening the perspective, might make for nice version - and would highlight that (unusually!) open door!

@silsha I think you could do it with this file? Pull it into GIMP, or DarkTable, or tool of your choice, and straighten and crop. Very few images are great straight out of the camera - most need some tweaking!

@grant_h@mastodon.social I was just playing around with it, but honestly, I can't get it to work (there's only so much I can manipulate the perspective before it looks wonky). If you are motivated, feel free to download the image - I would love to see your results. :)

@silsha Here you go. The alt text describes the process. I have used GIMP for decades, so it's my choice, but there are plenty of options.

The editing steps in GIMP: 1 the use of the perspective tool, 2. the colours curve to make the shadows 'pop' a little more.A stack of colourful shipping containers. Edited as a suggestion.
